Arrive Douala; meet, assist and transfer to your hotel.

After breakfast, travel to Bandjoun for a tour of the area. Your visit will include a visit to the chief’s palace as well as a visit to the museum for a tale of local folklore. Afterwards, continue to Bafoussam, the regional capital for overnight.

After breakfast, travel to Foumban, seat of the Bamoun Kingdom for a tour of the area. Your tour will include a visit to the Palace of the Sultan of the Bamouns as well as the museum located in the palace, for traditional culture and crafts.
Other activities include a visit to the city Mosque as well as the artisan market where one can buy crafts from master wood carvers, basket weavers and embroiders. Return to Bafoussam for overnight.

After an early breakfast, you drive to the locality of Dschang. Because it sits on a high plateau, Dschang is afforded relatively cool temperatures and a number of scenic views. Your visit here will focus on the Civilization Museum that recounts the entire history of Cameroon from discovery, colonization to present
day.
Done with the visit, you leave town descending in altitude at 1,200m to arrive the Mbo Plains for your journey to Buea in the South West Region of the country rising again in altitude as the town is located on the slopes of Mount Cameroon, highest point in West Africa. Arrive late afternoon and overnight un Buea.

Buea being a typically colonial town during the German era, you begin with a tour of the city to admire old German structures, before heading to Bonalyonga, seat of the Paramount ruler of the Bakweri tribe. If the King is present, then you pay him a courtesy visit but if not then you’ll still be privileged to meet
some elders and custodians of the culture and tradition of the people to tell you the tales and evolution of the tribe.
You later drive down to the seaside town of Limbe where you do a city tour before the Bakingili lava flow stop point following the eruption of Mount Cameroon in 1999. You continue to the Downbeach fish market where you’ll have an outdoor dinner of sea products. Overnight in Limbe.

You visit the Bonangombe slave relic site at Bimbia. This was the route embarked on by slaves who were to be transported to Europe and the Americas and termed the “point of no return”.
Drive to Douala for a city tour which may either be today or the next day depending on your flight time.

Depending on your flight time, we program the city tour. If flight is AM, then city tour will be the previous day. If PM then check out at noon for an afternoon city tour before transfer to the airport for international departure flight.
